This is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. We have been living in the home 2 years and took very good care of it. We are now choosing to end our lease with them due to lack of returning phone calls, sketchy maintenance crews and just not responding to us tenants. I am very disappointed that I have not received any phone calls back about moving out. We are 3 days away from lease end and not once has anyone responded to us after emailing/calling for the last month. This is by far the worst experience not to mention bad business. I would not recommend them to any friends or family. It's actually cheaper to buy a home now days and pay my own mortgage not someone else's. I sure hope the homeowners know what tenants are going through with this company. I feel like it's a scam to keep deposits. Can you say better business bureau needs to pay a visit!!!
