We stayed May 5th & 6th for my 30th Birthday Celebration. From the very first phone conversation with Rochelle reserving rooms to our walk through of the property, which is absolutely stunning, everyone was very inviting so we decided to go with this resort. Next, I worked with Tara to arrange the cocktail hour and dinner menu/details and she was excellent.
When we arrived the staff was excellent from the Valet staff, Front Desk, and Concierge accommodations. We loved the texting feature they have that you can text and they will bring you anything you need, even a drink by the pool. Christopher the Chef is AMAZING! The food at Hearth 61 was excellent. Sean did an amazing job at my custom order cake, not only was it gorgeous and exactly like I asked, but it taste amazing as well! The presidential suite is gorgeous, spacious and has amazing views. We loved the modern vibe but it was still luxurious at the same time. I cannot say 1 negative thing about my weekend experience at Mountain Shadows. I highly recommend this property. We will be back again soon!! Thank you everyone!!
