Terrible experience every time. The lady behind the counter was consistently rude and unhelpful - she just doesn't care. At first I thought it was me because the reviews are so good, but when she handed me a pair of shoes with the leather completely ripped off the heels that had supposedly been "repaired," I decided I'd never go back. I was clearly unhappy with the work, and she could not have cared less - she just wanted me to leave so that she could get to the next customer. I was able to fix the ripped leather with a leather repair kit I found on Amazon in 10 minutes. When I came in to pick up shoes that were supposed to be stretched, they were still too small. She said, "just take them home, they'll stretch some more." They didn't. She just wanted to get rid of me.
Never again - don't waste your time or money.
