I'm so glad Craig's Cookies has a storefront now! I passed the opportunity several times when they set up shop inside the Williams Sonoma store at Yorkdale but lo and behold, my coworkers suggested coming out here and I was stoked.
This little, bright yellow shop churns out a variety of freshly baked cookies that really sings to the sweet tooth of mine. I really wanted to just grab one of every cookie they had, but the conscience tells me I need to watch what I'm eating. Damn conscience.
I went for the cookies, I came out with an ice cream sandwich: French Mint ice cream (from Ed's Real Scoop) paired with a Toblerone and Mini Egg cookie.
This. Sandwich. Was. Thicc. Yeah... You read that right. And it tasted so good! These cookie have got their texture and consistency down pat.
Definitely try this place out if you're in the area!
