I didn't catch the name of the lovely person on the phone, but she was just as courteous as can be. I called after 5 pm with an air conditioner out and the temperature at 107 degrees. Coel was at our home within an hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than another 1/2 an hour. I thought that there must be a big corporate fleet of air conditioning repair people, but he said no...only 4 of them! This is amazing, considering the other companies I called either didn't return my phone call or had the next appointment days out. Not only am I pleased with the customer service, and responsiveness, but also the price. I will continue to use Infinity to service my HVAC systems and will refer them out to friends and family.
