Lived here for about 9 months now, lease is up in 3 and my fiancé and I were really debating in extending it or not but today we both have had it. First of all our apartment was far from move in ready. (Pictures to follow) theirs something wrong with the water because it smells horrible in one of our bathroom showers. Next,, We paid rent on time like usual and today we get a call saying they have not received our payment and are charging us an extra $215. It's freaking day 8 and until now they tell us the payment did not process correctly. Mind you we received a confirmation number and everything. They posted a fee because it's been more than 5 days another fee because "the check bounced" (which we paid through the portal and with a debit card) and legal fees what ever the heck that means. The office employees are rude and so unprofessional, maintenance is horrible and looks like they let just about everyone move in. Theirs always trash, everywhere! I've never been so disappointed and disgusted by an apartment complex but Sunset at Bristol you took the whole damn plate
