Have generally had very good experiences here in ER and outpatient surgery. Highly recommend Rainbow outpost. My son had outpatient surgery there, and everyone was fabulous.
My experience seeing UH physicians at Risman has been more mixed. But, I suspect that has to do more with the physician than the facility. I would stay away from Go Ortho and Cleveland Shoulder Institute at all costs. They are not UHMG docs even though central scheduling will tell you otherwise.
