I come to this bank all the time to make deposits for my sister. Usually they are quick and friendly. Except in a day this jerk Elbert Chang, who happens to be the manager, made me feel completely uncomfortable. My 3 year old niece has used the bathroom here and it's never been an issue but today he said there was no bathroom. That was the rudest thing anyone has done. Said there was no bathroom when clearly there is. Hesitantly he let me take my niece to the bathroom. When I came out he was waiting outside the door. I told him that was weird and he said it was for security purposes. Then why has no one ever done that before at any bank bathroom? I told him he was rude. He didn't reply. I made my deposit and was informed he was the manager. Lucky me, no one to complain to. We exchanged words as I walked out. As I was putting my niece in her car seat I saw that he followed me to my car! I told him to go away and he just kept talking to me. He was the rudest creep I've ever dealt with. Never going to a Bank of America again! If you have to, go to another location and avoid this horrible excuse for a human.
