I recently made a major home purchase at this store, or was a Kenmore Elite front loader washer and dryer. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to the store Manager Peter whom helped me with the purchase, but also helped me with some obstacles with delivery and installation. After the purchase Peter said if you need anything please call me directly. Well there was a miscommunication with delivery and as he requested I called him, he immediately rectified the problem. After installation a issue arose with the vent for the dryer came undone, I called he fixed. I am greatly appreciative for all he has done for me, as being a Kenmore household, his efforts for my loyalty to Sears he has solidified my continued loyalty. Also I purchased the 5 year service plan for both washer and dryer as well at Peter's recommendation. Thank you Peter for all you have done, I am grateful for everything.
