This has been my second time going to this clinic and so far, I've been content every time I leave.
On this particular trip, it was a consultation for an internal stress fracture. Honestly, I walked in and I didn't feel very welcomed by the front office staff. I later learned they were training/learning a new system, however I still don't see that as a reason to not say hello when a patient walks in.
The reason I am giving this place the 5 stars however, is because of the doctors and Kathy (Cathy? I apologize for spelling errors). Between the doctor and Kathy, I felt at ease knowing about the upcoming procedure and what to expect. Kathy also assisted my mom and I with understanding the financial aspect of the procedure and helping us look into payment plans. I walked into the office feeling less than welcomed, however I left and will be returning, almost looking forward (almost lol) to my procedure as I know I will be in excellent hands.
