If I could it would be - stars. We took my husbands note 4 in for a simple screen replacement at 11:30am. They told us it would be five hours and they would call us, no call received so I called at 6 they said come in it was ready, so we get there the girl at the front desk says the technician is talking to the manager about it so I'm like is something wrong? She says I'm no I mean he's just cleaning the screen. It will be another minute. So I wait they don't come out for another ten minutes. Once the guy does he says they can't give me my phone because they did internal damage and needed to replace more of the phone that they would call the next day around 1 pm. So next day comes 2:30 pm, still no call so I call. Come in it's ready they say. We arrive I pick up the phone but I notice there are spidery looking lines all around the edges so I ask if that's normal the guy says it's fine it will seal itself. Take it home not even one hour later the entire top comes off. So next day I call they say bring it back in. We take it back he says come back in one hour I'll have it finished.. one hour later phone finished.. Since taking the phone here it hasn't worked the same, the screen is coming off around he edges, the speaker at the top of the phone is pushed in. All from their work. I would NEVER recommend this place for any type of repairs. We were better off having a working phone with a crack across the screen. Don't waste your time going to these guys.
