Wow! Exactly as the comments below I went into the drive through and was not greeted. I called out "hello" twice until someone said "I'll be right with you" No apology or no hello... Nothing. So I waited... And waited.... And waited A good while until I thought it was too long to wait and just left. Mgmt better get their stuff together because they are losing customers FAST. I'm not returning until I start seeing more stars. Lol
