The doctors at Cheyenne Dental deserve 5 stars, they are wonderful, but I won't be going back. They had staffing changes this past year and the office manager and current billing person are horrible. They over-billed my insurance, tried to charge me a co-pay that I do not have, billed for services that I didn't recieve and were rude when I attempted to correct the problems they created. My insurance company actually contacted me initially because of the HUGE amount they were trying to bill for a CLEANING (and other services billed that I didn't recieve)!! My insurance company actually suggested to me that I change dentists because they have received several complaints like mine in recent months and that they were going to stop doing buisness with this office!!!! I decided to change as billing issues are a nightmare and being over-charged is just not acceptable. It is a shame that their shabby billing employees over-shadow the great dentists. I do not recommend. There are several great dentists in LV that have offices with decent billing departments.
