This place is horrible. I ordered a gender reveal box with balloons a week in advance for $35. When I went the day before the order was ready to give the sex of the baby to the employee, they had no idea what I was talking about. They assured me it would be ready the next day. When my husband went to get the box the next day he told me it wasn't what he expected. I looked at the box to find that it looked like a 2nd grader put it together. The box was damaged because they apparently used a recycled box they found in one of their warehouses. The decorations covering the box were dirty and cut unevenly. I was soooooo embarrassed to use it at our gender reveal. Every family member who attended said the box was ugly and a waste of money. If you're going to use this place for anything, make sure it's for something they already have available that you can view in person because they really ruined a simple box with decorations on the outside. I will NEVER use this place again!
