Worst customer service ever!!! I will never step foot in this establishment again. First I walk in and the gentleman (if thats what I should call him) behind the desk hardly acknowledged me although i was the only other soul in there. I asked to look at the beds he didnt even remove himself from his phone to walk me around and show me the place. They had 4 rooms 2 of which were closed so i couldn't see the equipment. I walked back up to the front desk to question about pricing. I told him i didn't want a uvb bed and would rather have the uva beds which i know are more expensive. He informed me in a very condescending way they didnt have those beds,(although the stand up they have is) So I proceeded to say i wanted to use the higher level beds and he repeated they didn't have any lower level beds. I didn't care if they did or didn't i wanted to use the higher level uva beds. Basicly had to pull teeth to have him tell me any pricing. Upon the way he talked to me I just started walking toward the door in awe. I said thank you then told him he should work on his customer service. He continued to give me attitude all the way out the door to the point i told him f*ck off. He is a caucasion bald man maybe in his 30's. BEWARE I wouldnt recommend an enemy to go here. Funny thing is there is an actual tanning salon called farenheit in eyeballs distance so i walked there and had a great experence. worth the 60 second travel.
