The owner, Dawn, has been dedicated to helping people have fun while working out in a stress-free environment. I first met Dawn when she worked at another location. She is an excellent country line dancing teacher. She breaks down the steps for beginners to follow in several different ways but at the same time manages to keep the class flowing at a pace for those with more experience to stay interested.
Once she opened this location, I followed her. I became addicted to her other classes she offers. She always has ways to modify exercises if it's too hard to do. The classes never feel intimidating to me. I've also taken classes from several other instructors and found them to be just as much fun and enjoyable.
I love the low prices and the fabulous monthly specials. There's no contract to sign, no cancellation fees, just show up and have fun being active!! You don't find this at other gyms in Las Vegas.
Life has slowed me down from being around this place lately. But after I have my baby I fully intend to return and take advantage of her wonderful teaching skills. Can't wait to see you in the fall, Dawn.
