I stopped at the Coffee Shop this morning after reading the yelp reviews. I was torn between The Farm next door and this place since they were right next door to each other. For whatever reason, I chose the Coffe Shop.... I had already been to Starbucks and had just a few sips of my iced coffee left. Rather than let it melt in the car, I decided to put the cup in my handbag. While waiting in line to order several breakfasts to go, the owner came up to me and said I was not allowed to bring in any outside food or beverages, as she had seen my straw sticking out of my handbag! I found that to be EXTREMELY POOR customer service! First of all, had I planned to finish my last few sips in her restaurant, would it really have made an impact on her business? Secondly, I wasn't planning on drinking it in there, I merely didn't want it to melt, so I stashed it in my own handbag!!! Really??? I promptly left the restaurant and went to The Farm, which was absolutely delicious!!!! The breakfast tacos are to die for! In addition, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A bit of advice, if you're ever faced with the decision of breakfast at the Coffee Shop or The Farm, don't hesitate.... GO TO THE FARM, you won't be disappointed:) Vicky, Scottsdale AZ
