***This review is strictly for the beer - I have not been to the tap room*** So last night I volunteered for the CF Foundation at the Brewer'e Ball Benefit and had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Jon and Beth Fulcher. Not only were they amazing, so was their beer. And point to note, I'm not a beer drinker per say, I'm a whiskey gal, but on such a wonderful fall evening, the Queen City Red it the spot and kept on rocking! Speaking with both Jon and Beth, you can see their love for brewing and it shows! Borrowed from their website below: "Queen City Red - IRISH RED ALE6.0% ABV A deep mahogany red Ale blending six malts, in perfect harmony. Smooth and subtle yet robust and rich with flavors of coffee, malt, chocolate and toffee delicately balanced and enticing." It's wonderful meeting the brewer's and our local talent - now I know what to order should I need and want a beer fast!! Thanks Jon and Beth for a great tasting!
