It's very rare for me to leave a review and take the time out of my day to praise customer service but I just have to for Tammi! She was excellent... When others neglected to even want to help me and it felt like when I would ask other associates for help they would just say over there and point. Tammi took her time to explain that if it was out of stock she could order and ship the product to my home free of charge. She was not only friendly but exceptional in making sure I was taken care of and not overlooked. Now as far as the product I received I did have a problem as far as the pigment on the Anastasia brow tint seemed discolored. I didn't bother to return it because I needed it. But the other staff members should model Tammi and her behavior since many of you just ignored and pointed directions. She is the only reason I'd shop at this sephora again otherwise I'll go to town square.
