Tom is ONE IN A MILLION! We first met Tom when we were re-locating from GA to AZ in April of 2015. We basically found a house overnight to rent as we were heading across country. After finding the home we wanted, Tom worked tirelessly to get us the best deal and to make sure we were completely happy. He held our hand step by step and explained everything in detail! He was always a text or a call away and was open and honest about everything! He even was able to negotiate things into our contract that we hadn't even thought of! But, he didn't stop there! He helped find a renter for our home we were currently still under lease for so that we could snatch up the home we were buying!
