Worst customer service. The service center was completely empty of customers on a friday at 12:30. I was told they were to busy and given the workers company card. He instructed me to call and set up an appt for next week. I asked him, when they are available, he said anytime next week. I was furious, seeing that he did not want to take on any work today. I asked if I could schedule today for a time next week, and he said to just call later on for an appt. This is an absolute joke of a Ford Dealer. Do not go here! I have had 4 fords in a row and I think this will be my last!
