The mail carrier refuses to use a parcel room at my apartment complex, she stated it is "not her job" to use it. This means when a parcel (package) does not fit in the mail box, she will take it to the Osborn facility and make you come wait in line and pick it up. The room is around a corner from the mail room, yet not her job. It is disappointing in customer service. I hope Amazon stops using them for delivery, FedEx and UPS have no issues using a Parcel room.
