Before we made an appointment, my sister called twice explaining the situation of our dog and that all we needed was an X-ray. This was 3 days before the appointment, and the lady told us twice that it would be $140. We already had a physical check at another location but wanted a second opinion with x-rays. Today we went in, and did his whole history and did a small physical exam. They then suggested things we really didn't need and tried billing us $500. I kept telling them just the x-ray and they still wanted $230. These people don't care about your dog, they just want to add as much bullshit on the bill to get your money. With the physical, all they did was tell us our dog's shit was a little hard and to eat pumpkin. hanks for the shit observation. I'm not an idiot, I have two big dogs and a small one. I have a lot of experience with caring for dogs. This is the worst place ever. They do minimum work for too high of a price. Oh and they gave us a fact sheet on what we already knew which cost 54$ for this when its common knowledge and all over the internet. THEY LIED and their DISHONESTY just lost my business. The vet I went to a few days before, only charged $42 and they were an emergency clinic. They helped us as much as they could and cared about your dog. Pet medical center looks for gullible people that will pay for whatever they say which is all bull crap. Your going to waste your time, money and gas.
