SCAM artists! First of all the guy that came (David) showed 1 1/2 hours late and then said our AC didn't work because the air filter cover was dusty. Then continued to question me on what was wrong with the AC when I got irritated enough to yell at him about this he slammed my door twice! Then says it was a broken compressor (which my husband had already told him) Fast forward a week later (in the August heat) he sends someone finally but no compressor! He has to take the old one to get the new one yet told us the new one was getting shipped to him. Really thanks for letting us live in our sweltering house for a week with no AC. We then tell the man who was here we will be supplying our own refrigerant/freon because David was going to charge us $900 for something we bought for $250. The guy said ok that's fine and continued to work but then stopped to call David to inform him we were supplying our own freon which you can buy on Amazon if anyone is interested. David said I don't do business like that so my husband said fine he can pack his stuff and leave. So off he went very apologetically. Obviously David has absolutely no conscience whatsoever. To overcharge people by that much (I understand a little up charge) but not $650! This guy is joke and is in it only to rip people off. Check out the D- rating on the BBB too. Do your research and make informed decisions because this guy will rip you off big time. He needs to have his business shut down for taking such advantage of people and not getting anything fixed in a timely manner.
