I went to the store on Thursday evening and bought my expecting wife 3 dresses for her birthday. Their sale was buy one dress get the next 50% off. After a long day at work I didn't notice that I didn't get the discount until I got home.
We returned to the store 2 days later (today) and brought my receipt and asked if I could get the discount the salesperson forgot to give me on Thursday. The "manager" who was my salesperson at my original transaction, said absolutely no and that I was wrong that the sale was not going on two days later.
If the owner sees this, your blonde manager is completely WRONG and was incredibly rude. We will not be returning to your store and will not be recommending it to any of our friends.
I'm more than happy to discuss if you would like but your staff's lack of customer service is awful and your manager should be fired.
