Ok guys- maybe my standards are too high but 4.5 stars? This is for my child! If there is any place I want to be discerning it's where my child plays. This place just looked and felt very dirty. It didn't seem like the toys or equipment were ever wiped down. It smelled like weird fish sauce and it was super warm inside on a relatively mild day in Vegas (72 outside). The girl at the front was very nice but it would have been great if she paid a bit more attention to what was happening inside the play area instead of being on her phone. 3 older kids were throwing all the balls out of the ball pin. I mentioned to the kids that they were not supposed to be doing that and no one said anything. In fact she came to straighten up since it was almost closing time and saw all the balls being thrown around and still didn't redirect. That is a major hazard for kids running around! My daughter who is almost 2 had a great time but a lot of the equipment is impossible to get on unless you are assisting. Half the time I couldn't even find the entrance and exits to the toys and if I did there is no way my daughter could have got up. It's a very small facility. I guess I was just expecting a little bit more with the high reviews. It was just ok... it's nothing to go out of your way for.
