Unfortunately my car was involved in a hit and run. It was a brand new 2014 Audi so I was pretty devastated. I started researching body shops and came upon New Look Collision. I headed down there to get an estimate and to feel the place out. I didn't get there till about closing, but they were still nice enough to take a look at my car. I was greeted by Tory who was both professional and courteous. He was out there with a flashlight looking over my car and stayed past closing to get me an estimate. After looking it over I decided to have them fix my car. By far the best decision I made. From start to finish they were efficient, professional, and above all did an amazing job. They are extremely skilled in their work and know how to treat customers. As horrible as it was to have my car hit, Tory made the process very simple and easy going. They will definitely be my new body shop for any future repairs. The work they did on my car was perfect. The paint matched spot on and everything looked brand new. I was on my hands and knees to inspect and was just in astonishment with their work. Thank you again New Look Collision!
