AGAIN! Zero stars if I could. I did exactly as was asked in my last review. I contacted them per their request via e-mail. Do you think I got any response whatsoever....NO! I contacted them a second time and got an e-mail back apologizing for their lack of contacting me and was assured they would be in contact with me via either the person writing the e-mail or a field supervisor on Monday. (The e-mail was sent on a Saturday) Do you think I heard from anyone? NO! So it appears as the initial yelp response I got stating patient care and satisfaction was a top priority is completely false. I am basing this on 2 things. 1. Complete disregard for responding to concerning e-mails about patient treatment and other practices. 2. Complete disregard for communication regarding anything related to billing, appointments, integrity, and transparency. It has reached an unbelievable point on all accounts.
