Absolutely great experience! My wages started being garnished and we were referred to Matt from an old co-worker for a bankruptcy consultation. The first consultation was free, and Matt walked us through everything. He took his time and we didnt feel rushed at all, answered every question we had and made sure we understood it. Needless to say if youre considering BK then youre not in the best situation financially, so being able to do a monthly payment plan was perfect. We paid the initial fee to get the case filed and the garnishment stopped immediately! Before the hearing Matt explained to us each question we should expect by the Trustee and was there with us the whole time.
His assistant Jill was beyond helpful!! Answered all of my emails usually within minutes of me sending them and made sure we had evrything we needed for the appointment and the hearing.
I will say, yes they are a little more expensive then the Bankruptcy ads you see all over town - BUT you get what you pay for!!! The service was well worth it. Would definitely recommend to anyone in this type of sitation.
