I went today because I can no longer move between text messages. The first person at the door told me it would be a 4 HOUR wait. I shopped and went back to see if they could tell me how much longer. The gal at the door tried to hard reset the phone, but 10 minuets later- same problem. Still about a 2 hour wait. Clearly there is a HIGE need for another store in the west valley. I am ALL Apple- desktop, iPad,iPod, iPhone but my next phone will be a droid unless they get their stuff together
