I travel a lot for work but this has got to be one of the slowest locations I've ever been to. Once its actually your turn they are super friendly, but let's just say no one here is familiar with the term 'hustle'. When I went to pick up there were five of them wandering behind the desk but they were all more concerned about getting their Starbuck's (someone had run out) then taking care of the room full of people waiting. Even the manager was walking around with his iced coffee and a big grin - heaven forbid he set it down and help get some people out of the lobby. At drop off I had to wait in a room with one other person for 20 minutes because they gal at the counter said she was only handling pick-ups, not drop offs. The gal doing drop offs was on a personal call at the desk and eating (10am)... obviously not in a big hurry to help someone waiting. I guess why hurry - we aren't going anywhere. They would definitely benefit from a 'take a number' system and some training on how to process and prioritize customers.
