I hired E & C moving for my recent move across town and could not be more happy with the service. The customer support was excellent, asking me detailed questions prior to the move to make sure they were prepared. The movers were professional and went above and beyond to complimentary add pads to my furniture so it didn't scratch my floor. So many places will up charge you for every little thing, stairs, travel fees, etc. They were straight forward with their fees and didn't waiver. They also gave me a better rate because only two movers were able to make it, rather than the three that was scheduled, something that I didn't even notice. Bottom line, it's refreshing working with a company that prioritizes customer service and takes pride in doing a great job! Moving is stressful and it's nice to know the movers only make the process better.
