Pretty bummed. My sister and I always had a great experience with different hair stylists for the past three years, especially with Kassandra and Jules. I even started getting my hair colored and cut more often. I've always had a vague idea of what I wanted, but always left it in their hands. I'd leave the salon super happy and staring at my hair in the mirror. They all added their own style which was fun. I hate leaving reviews since I'm typically embarrassed and shy. But wow. I was shocked by the service. Just had a baby and was excited to feel great again. I came in looking for blended layers and thinner hair since it is so thick. The hair stylist ( who I don't know the name of as she didn't introduce herself ) literally cut off an inch of my hair. She said "I cut off an inch." She didn't ask my opinion or let me look around. She just took off the cover and walked away, telling me the other stylist was going to charge me. I was shocked. At least she did one of the things I asked for. I've had one rude encounter with a different stylist, but I didn't put much attention since the rest of the staff was great. Guess you have to be careful on who you get.
