Two stars because the girl who did my toes was great. But after the pedicure everything went down hill. It was semi busy and in most places the person who does one service for you tends to do all services. Apparently that isn't the case here because I was passed off to two different people to get my nails done. A simple soak off for the acrylics I had and a gel polish on my natural nails. It took FOREVER! The one lady started with the filing of the gel polish I had over the acrylic then when she finished she started working on someone else's acrylics. Then she finally brought me a bowl for soak off after 15 mins of waiting. By the way this should've been done when I was sitting for my pedi for time sake and I mentioned several times I had acrylics that needed to be soaked off. But I digress... My fingers soak and she works on the other girl. After enough time she takes the bowl away and leaves me sitting there while she goes back to work the other girl again. After another 20 mins she tells me someone else will be with me. Ugh! So finally a third lady comes over and she finally does my polish and 3 hrs have past for a simple pedicure, soak off and gel polish. I go to nail places to relax not be stressed about being passed off and having to explain 10 times what I want. I'm new to the area and I've been trying out different places to see who I like best. This place is quickly crossed off the list. I guess the upside is they have drinks but so do other places I've been in this city *shoulder shrug*
