My fiance and I had decided to stay at this casino as a little staycation. The rooms here are nice as well as the casino. This review is mostly for the bingo and customer service. When we checked in here, the woman at the front desk, Yazmine, was very rude. No eye contact and extremely unhelpful when we asked questions. We then proceeded to the room which was very nice and clean. We then decided to go down to play bingo. It was far too fast and apparently they're on some sort of timer, which is ridiculous if you are attempting to do paper. We aren't very picky people but Yazmine at the front desk ruined our experience right off the bat and then the frustrating speed of the bingo definitely put a damper on our night - enough for me to write my first yelp review. Fortunately, we went to the Coronado Cafe later where the food and service was amazing. Our server, Edwin, was spectacular. I highly recommend the loco moco! Overall, the hotel front desk staff was unsatisfactory, the bingo was too fast paced but the Coronado Cafe was amazing! I hope the negative remarks don't reflect on the casino, I just recommend avoiding Yazmine at the front desk and the bingo.
