This company ripped off my 88 year old aunt, they are not experienced with packing valuable items. They overcharged her big time and charged her $400.00 for cheap tape that they didn't even use, padding they didn't use and dish cells that they didn't use.
They stacked her very expensive china on top of one another and broke several items. She hired them to pack boxes and they charged her $2700.00.
I've filed a complaint with Scottsdale P.D. Elder Abuse and turned them into the Department of Weights and Measures. They would not refund money and I had to hire another company to unpack and repack their entire job.
The movers that I hired said that they have never seen such a badly packed job.
I would never suggest that anyone uses this company....they were horrible!
