Love the concept and the trainers are awesome but the billing issues are ridiculous. Looking through the reviews this is not just a one-time problem they have. I moved and cancelled because of that (called as a formality because my 6 month contract was up anyway) but they continue to bill me.
They kept insisting that I owed another month even though I paid first and last up front...I had to explain all that to them before they finally realized they were wrong and trying to double-bill me. And then they did it anyway. Reported to them and said it would be reversed and I would no longer be billed. We will see - still waiting on that.
Overall - cool gym and cool concept. Great trainers and awesome atmosphere. The billing issues and lack of training on their OWN contract policies is - in my opinion - not worth the hassle. Regret joining.
