I was heard by the manager Joe there today. But I was still disturbed. I told him about the missing mail (Client checks). He put me on hold for about 10 minutes then came back to the line saying "to be honest, I just found 3 of your missing letters. I was so excited that I forgot to ask him how and where he found them. To my horror I opened the missing mail (post marked 3 months ago) to find 13 checks over a thousand of dollars that I have lost clients over. I cannot cash most of these checks. It's been too long and some are not clients anymore. All because of my post office. The one thing I did t get was an apology or a guarantee whomever is distributing the mail wouldn't make this costly mistakes anymore. I'm still in shock about the whole ordeal. So right now I'm glad I addressed the issue with Joe, but upset that this happened. It's hard to be trusting as a small business owner dependent upon payment through the mail. I guess time will tell if this is poor management, a terrible worker, or just massive human error. Very costly mistake. Not sure about this place honestly.
