I went to this location today and they appeared to be quite busy. During my transaction a person who I am guessing is the manager came over to tell the clerk in a loud voice what needed to be stocked in the front cooler, then yelled for somebody to fill out the straw bucket making me want to ask what they were doing that prevented them from doing it while their employees were busy? Due to this absolute lack of leadership I was given a coffee, which ended up being the wrong coffee I found out when I got all the way home... Awesome! Then the lox and cream cheese bagel I got had 2 thin pieces of salmon with huge slices of onion... so for $8 I got an onion and cream cheese bagel! Maybe instead of screaming and ordering people around you can step up and help your employees. I won't be back to this locati9n for a while now, very dissatisfied.
