Exhale has changed my life. After having two kids my self esteem was not great. Once I got enough courage to meet with Caitlin, I instantly knew this was different than any other experience I had with gyms or training. There is so much more than training that Exhale offers. The studio is inviting and inspiring. The classes are unique and refreshing. This is exactly what our community needs. I love that I can bring my kids while still staying focused on my work out. Caitlin has taught me to love my body even if it's hard to accept sometimes. She has taught me how much nutrition plays into our well being and most importantly she has given me the energy and strength to be the healthiest mom I can be.
