We just recently discovered this place nearby and have been in there twice so far. What really stands out is the topping selections. I have never seen so many options, and the display is extremely well-maintained and clean compared to other places I have been. They have so many toppings to choose from (even had honey!) that it's a struggle to actually limit them as I'm building my masterpiece. They also offer a bunch of unique novelty toppings like dipped chocolate pretzels, dipped marshmallows, and small homemade cookies. Anyway, the toppings is the reason I rate this place so high.
It might be nice if they had a few more yogurt flavors to choose from, but it's plenty enough for me. I already found the cupcake batter flavor and it's going to be hard to pull me away from that one anyway. I can't really comment on the staff as my interactions with them were limited to two checkouts. No issues...seemed nice enough.
I don't really understand people complaining so much about their staff assisting with samples. They are running a business and some people totally take advantage of things like that, or make a mess while trying everything out and dirtying multiple spoons and bowls because they can't pick a froyo. It's not like you walk into a pizza place and ask for a bite of each pizza before ordering (or nearly any other food business for that matter!). If it's that big of a deal to you to have someone get a sample for you, or you feel the need to try more than one or two before you just make a decision already and pick one, it seems like maybe you are just finding something to complain about. No need to overcomplicate froyo.
