I'm here at LEAST 2-3 times a week and whether we have a scheduled appointment or not (and we usually do), the wait time usually isn't so bad. They know my face and where I work so usually when I enter the building they greet me and peek over their desks to see who I've got with me today. The staff is very friendly and polite. I used to go to a different animal hospital for my own dog but after coming here so often and seeing everything and how this office works, how clean they are, and how organized they are, I decided to start taking my dog here instead. A huge factor was also because they take CareCredit. Currently, their office is undergoing some reconstruction to add a boarding room into a whole other building attached the the rear of theirs so its a little chaotic but it's okay. I only wish their parking lot was a little more spacious. Tis alllllll I have to say! :)
