This is a beautiful studio. Andrew and his team of instructors are all top notch and very knowledgeable. They are very welcoming to both new and existing members. I have been a regular customer for over 18 months and I love it! With the addition of the Inferno Hot Pilates along with their regular Bikram, Flow, and Ying Yank classes there are lots of options to keep you challenged and interested. Try the studio as I know you will love it as much as I do! One last thing...I had bad knee issues for years because of old injuries from sports. The Bikram classes have done wonders for my knees. The pain has gone and my knees have never been better. It is almost a miracle...as my surgeon said he could not fix the wear and tear under my kneecaps. Thank you One Tiger Yoga!
