Please re-train your staff! I keep giving this Starbucks a chance and it just keeps disappointing me. It's been like this for years! On the plus side of today's visit: the 4 car long drive-thru line didn't take the usual 20 minutes and instead only took 10. Downside: I ordered a mocha and they gave me a hot chocolate. Thankfully, I noticed before pulling away. The barista then argued with me that mochas are hot chocolate and don't come with caffeine. Umm....no, mochas are an espresso drink. It says so on the menu and I've been ordering them for years. I explained this to her and she responded with "well, we call hot chocolate mocha here." Which was obvious because when she asked the other barista to make it again but "this time with coffee" she was also confused. This is definitely not the first time they've either messed up my hot espresso drink order or made it taste horrible. So be warned, make sure you emphasize your desire for caffeine or only go here if you want a pastry, but don't order hot food because that usually comes out semi- warm.
