What can I say? I only stayed one night, but it's a very luxurious hotel. The bathroom could have used a little upgrading, but otherwise all was well! I enjoyed room service - the flat crust pizza was outstanding! I also particularly enjoyed a meeting in a conference room overlooking Avenue Road staring straight down University Ave. - very picturesque. It's a beautiful hotel, but also very expensive!
