This company should have its ROC revoked and it's doors shuttered. A technician came to my house sent by American Home Shield warranty company, and quoted me $340 for replacement install for a 100% covered hot water heater over the phone. Nevermind the 400% markup on the parts, but the technician then failed to install all the parts we discusssd. When confronted, the receptionist told me I was not charged for all the parts quoted via the phone. In order to install the last part it would be another $100 plus the additional labor to remove and reinstall the unit. I have filed dispute cases with the BBB, my credit card company, and filed a ROC complaint. I really wish to file fraud charges as they knew exactly what they were doing after reading all the other reviews on their dismal service. If this group comes to your door, send them home. They go by APC Plumbing as well to try to dodge their bad reputation.
