If you live in Phoenix, you know that when it gets upward of 110, EVERYONE'S car breaks down. I got into my car one morning, pushed the button to open the driver's side window and BAM, something snapped and the window dropped down into the door, and that was it. Just completely toast. I called my regular guy and he apologized and said at least 2 weeks-he was swamped. So as a long time AAA member, I called these guys. "Yep, bring it in, we'll get it done today." And they did!! In fact, they drove from N. Phx to CenPho for a part that they couldn't find anywhere else-what service!! They told me that the cable or whatever that broke, had damaged the tracks of the window and that it worked more slowly than the tech would have liked, and I was impressed with their honesty. And they said the repair was warrantied for 2 years. The price was reasonable for such quick service-heck, I'd have paid more since there's no way I could park anywhere and leave the window down!! Very much recommend this place!!
