I just switched to this studio. I am 57 and have been taking power yoga classes once or twice a week for 7 years. I LOVE this studio. It just feels really positive and the people here are diverse--ages, races, body types. I felt totally welcomed from my first class. The teachers are good--I have taken about 4 different classes so far. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the teaching isn't quite as consistently polished and professional as my prior studio. But the vibe is better and I'll be back!
