Completely lame. The "sticker machine" was on the fritz so about six of us didn't get our drinks until we asked about them. The manager did not offer us a free drink coupon - as EVERY other Starbucks would have done - he just offered up "our sticker machine broke". So lame. Howard Schultz would be embarrassed that they did not immediately resort to the "write on the cup" feature. Lousy service. Avoid this one.
