First time I came here a couple of months ago, the line was too long. Tried again last week and stood in line for about an hour and 15 mins or so? Only 6 couples ahead but not a lot of space at the Oyster Bar. Was it worth the wait? YES!
Started with an oyster shot of vodka and half a dozen oysters. I could've definitely used more of the oysters but it was just my wife and I and I can only have so many since she's pregnant. Fresh oysters and huge! Great thing was that the chef doesn't give you any crappy oysters. I saw him throw some bad ones away a few times so this place is legit for providing you fresh and edible oysters.
Also had a bowl of clam chowder and our main dish being the cioppino and pan roast. Plenty of seafood in both dishes and while the level 7 was probably too spicy for the cioppino, it was perfect for the pan roast. Great service and great food. One of the best pan roasts I ever had. Definitely worth coming again if you're in Vegas.
